CRDCAAC command is used for RD Closure of Bank or DOP Finacle.

Sometimes an error "Closure Pending on SI for .........." when closure of RD is proceed. The error screen shoot is given below.

• Reason - When RD Account which have Standing instruction, is closed, this type of error is appearing.

• Solution - Login as CPA. Invoke the menu HSSIM, select the function as "Delete" and click the searcher beside the Instruction Number, enter the RD account number and then click on Submit. the System will display the instruction number click on Instruction number and then Submit.

• Now Login as Supervisor. Verify the instruction number using the HSSIM command and click submit button.


• Then proceed for RD Closure this will work smoothly
